Digital Product Refunds

Because our Products are digital and cannot be physically returned, all sales are final once the Product has been downloaded.

Refunds may be granted only in the following limited cases:

  • A Product is proven to be completely non-functional
  • We are unable to resolve a critical issue within a reasonable time
  • The Product description was materially misleading

We cannot provide refunds for:

  • Lack of technical knowledge
  • Plugin conflicts with third-party themes or plugins
  • Issues caused by your hosting environment
  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Failure to test the Product on a staging environment

Support Before Refund Decisions

Before any refund can be considered, you must allow our support team a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot the issue.
